1 lb ground beef
1 can tomato sauce
1 8-oz bottle of taco sauce
6 - 8 flour tortillas
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 head lettuce, chopped
6 tomatoes, chopped
Chili powder and garlic salt OR taco seasoning, to taste
Brown ground beef and season with chili powder
and garlic salt, to taste, or follow the directions on your
taco mix. Mix together tomato sauce and bottle of taco sauce.
Cover bottom of 9x13 inch pan with 3/4 of the sauces.
Fill tortilla down the middle with meat, cheese,
lettuce and tomato. Roll tortilla and place seam side down
in pan.
When pan is filled, cover top with remainder
of sauces and grated cheese. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
Take out and decorate with lettuce, tomato, sour cream and
Fresh and Healthy Guacamole.
